Full job description

DH Supply Chain is a self-run warehousing company specializing in overseas warehouses in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack orders, including handling items up to 10 lbs
  • Shoot product photos and short daily videos in the showroom (TikTok, WeChat Channels, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
  • Photograph products and upload images/details to the website
  • Edit videos and perform basic post-production before publishing
  • Receive shipments, organize products, and assist with stocking/display
  • Welcome walk-in customers, introduce products, and assist with checkout
  • Support daily store operations and other related administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Able to use a smartphone or camera to shoot videos
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut or similar apps)
  • Interest in social media and short-form video content; relevant experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Outgoing personality with good communication skills; patient and customer-focused
  • Prior retail, showroom, or store experience is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
