Full job description

Job Description: Front Desk Position

As the first point of contact, we are looking for a friendly, customer service-oriented, critical-thinking, and self-motivated individual. In this role, you will work directly with management running the day-to-day operations during our evening shifts at our Woodbridge branch.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing insurance charges and client billing.
  • Answering phone calls and emails.
  • Responding promptly to new leads and scheduling appointments.
  • Assisting with maintenance of the gym (including ordering supplies).
  • Running monthly reports about members and following up when needed.
  • Working on projects given to you by the owners and checking in with updates.
  • Running the social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Working with coaches to assign new leads.
  • Proficiently using our databases to collect emails, register members, schedule classes, and deal with technical issues.

What we’re looking for in a candidate:

  • Self-motivated, critical thinker.
  • Highly organized.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and socially adept.
  • Passion for fitness (especially CrossFit).
  • Excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
  • Willing to be at the company for longer than 1 year.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience:

  • We are preferably looking for an applicant with a minimum of one year of customer service or administrative assistant experience. However, if you are eager to learn and quick at adapting, please send us a resume!
