As we continue to expand, we are seeking an energetic and relationship-focused Physician Liaison / Business Development Representative to strengthen our referral network and support our continued growth.

Position Summary

The Physician Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with family physicians, walk-in clinics, specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers throughout the GTA. This individual will represent our clinic in the community, promote our diagnostic imaging and cardiology services, identify new referral opportunities, and ensure referring offices receive exceptional support.

This is a field-based position involving regular travel to medical offices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Visit physician offices throughout Brampton and the GTA on a regular basis.
• Promote our diagnostic imaging and cardiology services.
• Educate referring offices on appointment availability, referral processes, and available services.
• Identify opportunities to expand our referral network.
• Develop new physician relationships while maintaining existing accounts.
• Coordinate physician lunches, educational meetings, and outreach events.
• Follow up with referring offices to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Track physician visits, referral activity, and outreach initiatives.
• Work closely with clinic management to develop growth strategies.
• Represent Ontario Heart Clinic by Unity Diagnostic Centre with professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in physician relations, healthcare business development, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, diagnostic imaging, or healthcare marketing is considered an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently while managing a territory.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience working within the Ontario healthcare system is considered an asset.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday

This position requires frequent travel throughout Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. A valid Ontario driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
