We are looking for someone with the following characteristics:

• Strong judgment and problem solving skills to provide solutions for any schedule delays or no-shows in order to maintain patient flow

You can look forward to a fulfilling career where you will be responsible for but are not limited to:

• Assist in patient care, including gathering medical history and carry out preliminary testing
• Perform diagnostic tests including retinal imaging, visual field testing and OCT
• Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing incoming and outgoing phone calls and checking patients in and out
• Financial duties such as accepting payments and submitting third party billing claims
• Coordinating medical referrals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record system
• Light cleaning and tidying to ensure cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and waiting areas
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns

If you are unfamiliar with any of the above duties, we will happily provide training.
