Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet individual and team targets
  • Manage existing accounts to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand awareness and lead generation
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status
  • Present technical products or services effectively, tailoring pitches to meet client needs
  • Support business development initiatives by participating in networking events and industry conferences
  • Communicate fluently in Spanish with diverse client bases when necessary

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles
  • Strong negotiation and account management skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including proficiency in Spanish preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques for promoting products or services
  • Technical sales experience is a plus, especially related to technology or specialized equipment
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
