Full job description

Kipling Heights Medical Centre is seeking a part-time Medical Office Assistant with Oscar Pro experience to join our busy and friendly clinic. This is an in-person position for evening and weekend shifts ONLY.

Clinic Hours: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
Shifts will vary based on clinic needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and uploading documents into EMR
  • Manage phone lines and patient inquiries
  • Book appointments
  • Respond to emails professionally
  • Communicate with patients, clinicians, and staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year medical medical office experience (primary care preferred)
  • Oscar Pro experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Customer-service oriented and team-focused

Training will be provided; must be available Monday–Thursday during daytime hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

  • Etobicoke, ON M9W 4L6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
