After rebuilding from the ground up, our brand new A&W restaurant is almost ready to open it's doors, and we are hiring enthusiastic Cooks, Front Counter Attendants and Shift Supervisors to join our team.

We're Hiring:
Front Counter Attendants
- Welcome guests with friendly, genuine service
- Take orders and prepare beverages
- Keep the restaurant clean and inviting
- Create memorable guest experiences
Cooks
- Prepare A&W's quality food with care and consistency
- Maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards
- Work as part of a fast-paced, supportive kitchen team
- Take pride in serving great food every day
No experience? No problem.
If you have a positive attitude, enjoy working with people and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed in a Front Counter Attendant or Cook role.
Shift Supervisors
- Lead and support the restaurant team during each shift
- Coach, motivate and develop team members through hands-on leadership
- Deliver outstanding guest service and satisfaction
- Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met
- Open and/or close the restaurant, including cash handling and security procedures
- Monitor labour, productivity and shift performance
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Maintain and complete daily operational checklists
- Foster a positive, respectful and inclusive team culture
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is required for Shift Supervisor positions. Leadership experience would be an asset.
