E-Commerce & Website Coordinator (Part-Time)

Donj Jewellery is a growing luxury jewellery company specializing in custom engagement rings, fine jewellery, and exceptional customer service. We are passionate about craftsmanship, innovation, and delivering a premium online and in-store experience. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for someone to help us elevate our digital presence.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce & Website Coordinator to manage and improve our online store.

This is not a web developer position. We already have a full-time web developer. Instead, you'll work alongside our developer by managing website content, improving SEO, maintaining product information, and ensuring our website delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update product pricing, descriptions, specifications, and collections.
  • Upload, organize, and optimize product images.
  • Ensure all website content is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve rankings and visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
  • Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience, website performance, and conversion rates.
  • Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo.
  • Collaborate with our web developer on website improvements and new features.
  • Create or edit basic website graphics using tools such as Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience with Figma is considered an asset.
  • Assist with additional administrative and e-commerce projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing an e-commerce website (Shopify experience is a strong asset).
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and website performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing.
  • Experience with Figma is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while working closely with a team.
  • Strong written English; French is an asset.
