Delivery Driver (3-Tonne Truck) | Guest Experience Manager (GEM)

$23-$26+/hour including tips Permanent Part-Time Burnaby/Vancouver

Moving is one of the most stressful days in a person's life.

Our job is to make it easier.

At FROGBOX, we deliver reusable moving boxes across Metro Vancouver and help thousands of customers have a better moving experience while keeping cardboard out of the landfill.

We're looking for an experienced delivery driver who enjoys working with people just as much as driving.

If you're someone who takes pride in doing things right, communicates well with customers, and likes staying active, we'd love to meet you.

About the role

At FROGBOX, our drivers are called Guest Experience Managers (GEMs).

You aren't just delivering boxes.

You're helping people through one of life's biggest events.

Every stop is an opportunity to make someone's move easier.

Your day includes:

  • Driving a 3-tonne truck throughout Metro Vancouver
  • Delivering and picking up reusable moving boxes
  • Loading and unloading products
  • Helping customers understand our products
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Keeping your truck clean, organized, and safe
  • Working with our dispatch team to keep the day running smoothly

This is an active job.

You'll spend most of your day driving, lifting, climbing stairs, walking, and working outdoors in all weather.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years driving a 3-tonne truck (or larger)
  • Clean driver's abstract
  • Comfortable driving throughout Metro Vancouver
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly
  • Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and scheduling
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada

Bonus experience

Not required, but considered an asset:

  • Moving industry
  • Furniture delivery
  • Courier or route delivery
  • Customer service
  • Sales or retail
