Duties

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data using advanced tools such as R, Python, SQL, and VBA to identify trends and patterns.
  • Design and maintain databases with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle to ensure data integrity and accessibility for reporting purposes.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate within Agile project teams to deliver timely insights aligned with project milestones following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Conduct business analysis by translating complex requirements into technical specifications and actionable recommendations.
  • Support database design efforts, including schema development and optimization for efficient data retrieval.
  • Assist in project management activities by tracking progress, documenting processes with Visio, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis skills with a strong foundation in SQL, R, Python, and VBA.
  • Experience creating compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and project management principles.
  • Ability to perform business analysis by understanding organizational needs and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Skills in database design, schema development, and query optimization.
  • Competence in Unix shell scripting (Bash) for automation tasks.
