Front of House Shift Lead

Onda by Casereccio – Vancouver, BC
$20/hour + tips

Onda by Casereccio is looking for a reliable and motivated Front of House Shift Lead to join our team in Olympic Village.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable taking the lead during service. You’ll work alongside the FOH team while helping keep shifts organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the FOH team during assigned shifts
  • Provide friendly and efficient guest service
  • Delegate tasks and keep the team organized during service
  • Assist with training and supporting new team members
  • Complete opening and closing procedures
  • Handle cash-outs and end-of-shift responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management
  • Handle guest concerns professionally when needed
  • Ensure FOH areas are clean, stocked, and organized
  • Maintain Onda's service standards
  • Work hands-on alongside the team during busy periods

What We're Looking For

  • Previous restaurant, café, or hospitality experience
  • Shift lead or supervisory experience is an asset
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Comfortable taking responsibility during a shift
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Barista experience is an asset
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
