Up Fundraising is looking for energetic, outgoing, and purpose-driven Campaign Fundraisers to represent World Vision at grocery stores and retail locations across the area.

This is more than a fundraising job. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with members of the community, share the work World Vision is doing to support children and vulnerable communities, and inspire people to make a lasting difference through monthly giving.

This is a public-facing, retail-based fundraising position that requires confidence and strong communication skills.

Campaign Fundraiser - World Vision Grocery Store Campaign

• Locations: Brampton, Scarborough, Thornhill, Mississauga
• Work Location: In-Person - Grocery Stores & Retail Locations
• Schedule: Thursday–Friday 2pm – 8pm, Saturday – Sunday 10am -5pm
• Job Type: Part – time (25 hours)
• Strongly preferred: Multilingual candidates (English + Hindi, Punjabi, Mandarin, or Cantonese)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage shoppers and build genuine connections.
• Share World Vision’s mission and impact.
• Educate and inspire people to become monthly donors.
• Answer questions and complete donor registrations.
• Represent Up Fundraising and World Vision professionally.
• Work toward fundraising goals and team targets.
• Travel to assigned grocery and retail locations.
• Participate in paid training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Follow all fundraising, privacy, and workplace policies.

Who We’re Looking For

You do not need previous fundraising experience; we provide paid training and ongoing coaching. Having the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn is important for this role.

Experience in Fundraising, Sales, Retail, Grocery/customer service, Hospitality, Community outreach, Nonprofit or charitable organizations, Customer-facing positions is an asset.

Pay: $18.75-$28.00 per hour
