Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Parking Enforcement Officer and become a vital part of maintaining order and safety within our community. In this energetic role, you will actively monitor parking areas, enforce parking regulations, and ensure smooth traffic flow. Your leadership skills will shine as you interact with the public, resolve parking issues, and uphold the integrity of our parking policies. Duties

  • Patrol designated parking zones to monitor compliance with parking regulations and identify violations
  • Issue citations or warnings to vehicles that are improperly parked or violate posted rules
  • Assist motorists with directions, information, or minor issues to promote positive community relations
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during incidents or emergencies to ensure safety and proper response
  • Maintain accurate records of enforcement activities, citations issued, and incidents observed
  • Educate the public about parking policies through clear communication and professional conduct
  • Conduct routine inspections of parking facilities to identify hazards or maintenance needs

Experience

  • Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to manage challenging situations confidently and professionally
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse community members and team members
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while enforcing rules fairly and consistently
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods in various weather conditions
  • Knowledge of local parking laws and regulations is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
  • MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE.
