Full job description

Personal Operations Manager- A trusted partner across work, life and family.

Full-time- Vancouver Based

We're looking for one exceptional person to become the operational heartbeat behind a full and meaningful life.

This isn't a traditional Executive Assistant role.

It's about creating the conditions for someone to do their best work, be fully present with their family, business and move through life knowing someone else is quietly holding the hundreds of details that make it all possible.

You'll become the person everything flows through.

The one who knows the calendar better than anyone.

The one who remembers the details.

The one who sees around corners.

The one who quietly solves problems before they become problems.

The one who creates order, optimizes systems, and makes life run smoothly.

Some days you'll be coordinating international travel for work or leisure.

Others you'll be reorganizing a family calendar, preparing for a speaking engagement, sourcing the perfect gift, or making sure everyone arrives exactly where they need to be.

Your work won't always be visible.

Its impact will be.

If you love bringing calm to complexity, creating beautiful systems, and making extraordinary things feel effortless, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll own- Executive Operations

You'll protect time with exceptional care.

That means managing calendars thoughtfully, preparing for meetings, coordinating speaking engagements, handling email correspondence, organizing travel, and ensuring every commitment has what it needs before it arrives.

You'll constantly ask:

"What would make this easier?"

Business

You understand all aspects of the business ecosystem and relationships, being in care of the relationships, taking the lead in support as helpful.

You will be involved in big projects that require time, scheduling and ad hoc support.

Personal & Family Operations

You'll become the central point of coordination for family life.

Children's schedules.

Travel.

Appointments.

Household purchases.

Holiday planning.

Special occasions.

Family logistics.

You'll help create a home life that feels calm, intentional and beautifully organized.

Household Coordination

You'll coordinate the people who keep life running and ensure every property is cared for.

Household vendors.

Service providers.

Maintenance appointments.

Deliveries.

Projects.

Subscriptions.

Rather than reacting to what's urgent, you'll build systems that make everything proactive.

Travel & Experiences

You'll thoughtfully coordinate personal and business travel from beginning to end.

Flights.

Hotels.

Meetings.

Ground transportation.

Reservations.

Itineraries.

You'll anticipate needs before they're spoken and create experiences that feel effortless.

Special Projects & Impact Initiatives

Every week is different.

You might help prepare for a keynote, organize a family celebration, coordinate renovations, launch a new initiative, or research a new opportunity.

You're energized by variety and comfortable shifting between strategy and execution.

The kind of person who thrives here

You're someone who naturally creates order.

You notice what others miss.

You communicate clearly.

You care deeply about the experience people have.

You don't wait to be asked.

You quietly own outcomes.

You understand discretion isn't just about confidentiality—it's about trust.

You leave every space better than you found it.

You love to optimize time, systems and flow.

Success looks like...

Understanding the totality of the ecosystem.

Operational excellence.

Family life feels supported.

Travel is seamless.

Nothing falls through the cracks.

Everyone knows what they need.

Everything simply works.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
