Full job description

Duties include but not limited to: answering phone lines, putting patients in rooms,

data entry,

referring patients to The Dr,

booking appointments,

multitasking,

updating and maintaining patient information and other office duties as required.

- Must be able to be aware of what is going on at clinic at all times, maintain professionalism and respect patient privacy.

-Computer skills required -Must have Excellent Communication skills -

Previous experience with medical reception an asset but not a must

-Must be reliable, responsible and possess high attention to detail

-Telephone Communication Skills Required

-Must be able to work individually and be able to work part of a team Required Education: Medical Office Assistant Diploma an asset but not required
