Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Contractor to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of technical skills and experience in various aspects of construction, including carpentry, masonry, exterior finishing , and interior finishing. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial, utilizing your expertise to deliver high-quality results. The Contractor will be responsible for executing assigned tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards and project specifications.

Duties

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively
  • Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work as required
  • Install cabinetry, flooring, and other interior finishes with precision
  • Install Siding, soffit and facia
  • Apply caulking and painting techniques to enhance project aesthetics and durability
  • Install windows and doors
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met on schedule
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols at all times

Skills

  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and construction machinery
  • Ability to interpret schematics and construction estimating documents
