Community Care Concepts is a non-profit volunteer-based organization that provides high quality support services throughout the Townships of Woolwich, Wellesley and Wilmot that enable seniors and adults with disabilities to remain as independent as possible in their own homes.

We are searching for an exceptional individual to work in the community as a Community Support Worker (35 hours/week – permanent position).

The Community Support Worker will develop and deliver social and recreational group programming for older adults living independently in the community, within our active living centres located in Baden and across Wellesley Township.

The ideal candidate will possess education or training in a related field along with 3-5 years of experience working with older adults. Computer proficiency as well as strong oral and written communication skills, an ability to work independently, program planning and delivery skills and knowledge of the needs of the client base are essential. A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential. A mandatory vaccination policy is in place within the organization.
