TCS is seeking casual Community Support Workers who want to make a difference!

Duties include:

  • Providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, and assisting in their developmental growth and success;
  • Assisting with personal care, including personal hygiene and self-care;
  • Developing and participating in community activities and opportunities to enhance inclusion and acceptance;
  • Ensuring a safe environment for everyone;
  • Participating and contributing in the planning process related to the individual’s Personal Life Plan; and
  • Assisting with maintaining and building effective relationships.

Experience in providing care and support to individuals in community is preferred, however all applicants are welcome.

Possessing a valid Driver’s licence and a personal vehicle is required.
