About Next Mile

Next Mile is a fast-growing parcel delivery service serving the Ottawa region. We pride ourselves on reliability, efficiency, and professionalism. Our drivers are the face of our business—delivering packages fast and keeping customers happy.

The Role

We are hiring experienced delivery drivers to deliver 150-200 parcels per day across the Ottawa area. This is a fast-paced role where you;ll work independently, manage your own time, and take pride in getting packages to customers on schedule.

What You;ll Do

  • Pick up and deliver 150-200 parcels per day
  • Navigate efficiently between deliveries using provided routing tools
  • Maintain professional communication with customers
  • Keep detailed records of deliveries and any issues
  • Work 7 days a week (full-time schedule)
  • Handle packages carefully and safely

What We Need

Must-Have:

  • Valid driver;s license (G or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or similar parcel handling work
  • Reliable smartphone with data (minimum 6GB/month)
  • Ability to lift and carry packages safely (up to 20 kg)

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with Ottawa geography
  • Clean driving record
  • Previous experience with delivery tracking apps
