Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a focus on creating high-quality pizzas that delight our customers. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, food industry environment where attention to food safety and customer satisfaction are paramount. The Pizza Maker will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assembling pizzas, and ensuring all dishes meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards
  • Assemble pizzas with precision, ensuring proper portioning and presentation
  • Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist in food preparation for other menu items as needed
  • Follow all food handling and safety procedures to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
  • Serve customers directly or assist with serving when required
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order completion during busy hours

Skills

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
  • Strong skills in meal preparation and kitchen operations within the food industry
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent serving skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Experience in food service or food industry roles is highly desirable
  • Good knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment used in pizza making
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout shift

Pay: $16.60-$22.00 per hour
