Merchant Law Group is looking to hire an experienced litigation legal assistant for their Calgary office.

Duties: - draft correspondence and pleadings

- new file openings

- manage all administrative tasks

- prioritizing workload

- meeting strict deadlines

- other duties as required

- talking with clients and adjusters

To be considered for the position, you must have:

- minimum of 2 years experience

- excellent written and oral communication skills

- strong organization and time management skills

- excellent grammar and proof-reading skills

- excellent multi-tasking skills

- problem solving with minimal supervision

In order to be considered, the candidate must have a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and the willingness to contribute to the team. This individual must have a professional attitude, and great client service skills.
