What You’ll Be Doing

As our Cold Kitchen / Pantry Chef, you’ll play a key role in creating beautifully prepared dishes while maintaining the high standards Bluebird is known for.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing fresh salads and cold dishes with consistency and care
  • Creating house-made dressings, garnishes, and prep items
  • Executing precise plating and presentation standards
  • Maintaining prep levels and organization for service
  • Ensuring food quality, freshness, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced, professional environment

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who:

✔ Takes pride in your work and attention to detail

✔ Has kitchen experience (restaurant experience preferred)
