What You’ll Be Doing
As our Cold Kitchen / Pantry Chef, you’ll play a key role in creating beautifully prepared dishes while maintaining the high standards Bluebird is known for.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing fresh salads and cold dishes with consistency and care
- Creating house-made dressings, garnishes, and prep items
- Executing precise plating and presentation standards
- Maintaining prep levels and organization for service
- Ensuring food quality, freshness, and cleanliness standards are met
- Supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced, professional environment
