Duties

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards
• Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas
• Assist with food handling and storage procedures in compliance with food safety regulations
• Serve customers at the counter or via take-out orders with friendly and efficient service
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies related to food industry standards

Experience

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is REQUIRED
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices is advantageous
• Only previous pizza experience apply
• Experience in serving customers and handling food in a fast-paced setting is a plus
• Familiarity with meal preparation, food handling, and restaurant operations will contribute to success in this role
