Client Service Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Service Manager to lead our healthcare security operations across the Interior Region of British Columbia. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who excels at building strong client relationships, leading teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in complex healthcare environments. As the primary point of contact of our healthcare clients, you will play a critical role in maintaining service excellence, supporting operational teams, and strengthening partnerships with healthcare stakeholders. This role requires frequent travel throughout the region and the flexibility to respond to operational and client needs around the clock.

What You'll Do

Client Relations & Service Excellence

  • Serve as the primary contact for healthcare clients across multiple sites and communities throughout Interior BC.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare leaders, administrators, and key stakeholders.

Operations Leadership

  • Provide oversight and support for security operations across multiple healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and quality assurance reviews.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and support Site Supervisors and frontline security team.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.

Incident & Emergency Management

  • Respond to significant incidents, client concerns, and operational emergencies.
  • Support investigations and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are completed.

Business & Financial Management

  • Monitor account performance and support operational budgeting initiatives.
  • Review staffing costs, overtime trends, and resource allocation.
  • Performs?additional?duties as?required?to support operational and client needs?

What You'll Bring

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in security, healthcare security, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and multiple service locations.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and operational management.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Criminal Justice, Healthcare Administration, Security Management, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Valid BC Security Worker License
  • Valid First Aid & CPR certification
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada

Requirements

  • Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Interior British Columbia.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to urgent matters outside of regular business hours.
  • Open availability and ability to provide 24/7 operational support when required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
