Job Information

Pay: $25-40+/hour (performance-based)
Schedule: 4-Day Workweek (Monday-Thursday)
Location: Whistler, BC

Positions Available:
- Employee — Seasonal (May - October/November busy season)
- Employee — Year-Round (Starting in May)
- Subcontractor — Year-Round

What You’ll Do

Junior Painter:

  • Surface prep (sanding, scraping, caulking, priming)
  • Painting (brush, roller, sprayer)
  • Maintain a clean job site & follow safety rules
  • Communicate with the team & clients

Crew Lead (Additional Duties):

  • Lead & coordinate a small crew
  • Ensure quality work & efficiency
  • Communicate with management
