Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage the planning and execution of a growing portfolio of consumer-facing programs.

This individual will be responsible for managing the overall launch plan for multiple programs running simultaneously. The technology and platforms are already in place, so this is not an IT implementation role. The primary focus will be coordinating the activities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful launches.

The Senior Project Manager will work closely with Marketing, Information Technology, Business Operations, and other internal teams, as well as external platform and customer service vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for multiple concurrent program launches.
  • Establish clear timelines, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate activities across Marketing, IT, Business Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other relevant teams.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Ensure launch activities, approvals, testing requirements, communications, and operational readiness tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings, status meetings, working sessions, and post-launch reviews.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, action logs, risk registers, decision logs, and status reports.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and competing priorities, and develop appropriate mitigation and escalation plans.
  • Monitor vendor deliverables and ensure external partners meet agreed-upon timelines and expectations.
  • Coordinate business readiness activities, including customer service preparation, marketing execution, operational processes, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior leadership, including progress, risks, key decisions, and upcoming milestones.
  • Identify opportunities to improve launch processes, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational objectives.

Job Qualification:

  • 7+ years of project management experience managing complex, cross-functional business initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or program launches simultaneously.
  • Strong experience coordinating deliverables across Marketing, IT, Business Operations, external vendors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing consumer-facing programs, fundraising initiatives, promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, or other highly coordinated launches is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage detailed project plans involving multiple workstreams and dependencies.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify risks early, resolve issues, and maintain momentum in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders without serving as the technical implementation lead.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or a similar project management certification is considered an asset.

Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
