工作內容 Responsibilities

  • 安裝及維護餐廳 POS 收銀系統
  • 鋪設及連接網絡／低壓電纜
  • 安裝及設置閉路電視攝像系統
  • 安裝音響及喇叭系統
  • 排除打印機及周邊設備故障
  • 配置基本網絡及 WiFi
  • 到餐廳現場提供技術支援
  • Install and support restaurant POS systems
  • Run and terminate network / low-voltage cables
  • Install and configure CCTV camera systems
  • Set up audio and speaker systems
  • Troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices
  • Configure basic networking and WiFi
  • Provide onsite technical support at restaurant locations

要求 Requirements

  • 持有效駕駛執照（必須）
  • 必須能駕車到客戶現場
  • 能使用工具及梯子工作
  • 基本電腦及網絡知識
  • 可靠、守時、願意學習
  • 良好客戶服務及溝通能力
  • 有餐廳或 POS 系統經驗者優先
  • 能英語溝通；懂廣東話或普通話者優先
  • Valid driver’s licence (required)
  • Must be able to drive to client locations
  • Comfortable using hand tools and ladders
  • Basic computer and networking knowledge
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Restaurant or POS experience is an asset
  • English required; Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong plus
