Full job description

FDM4 is a leading ERP and eCommerce software provider supporting customers across North America. We are seeking a Senior Network & Security Administrator assist with design, implementation, and security of our multi-datacenter enterprise network.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Network Administration: Implement, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN, VLANs, and high-availability data center architectures.
  • Routing & Switching: Configure Layer 2/3 technologies, trunking, spanning-tree, and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
  • Firewall & Security: Administer Palo Alto firewalls (Panorama), manage security/NAT policies, and enforce Zero Trust network segmentation.
  • Operations: Lead network monitoring, capacity planning, packet analysis, incident remediation, and technical documentation.
  • Assist with all arears of IT support and infrastructure as needed and will not be limited solely to network administration duties.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in enterprise networking; 2+ years in firewall administration.
  • Core Tech: Palo Alto Networks (Panorama, GlobalProtect), Cisco switching/routing, VPNs, and network monitoring tools, (Preferred).
  • Certifications (Preferred): PCNSA, PCNSE, CCNP (Enterprise/Security), Security+, or CISSP. Equivalent experience is accepted.

First-Year Success Metrics

  • Fully manage the enterprise Palo Alto firewall infrastructure.
  • Support and maintain 50+ site-to-site VPN connections.
  • Advance network security posture via segmentation and Zero Trust initiatives.
  • Improve network monitoring visibility and reduce incidents through automation.

Salary range: 75,000 - 100,000.00
