About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Industrial Electrical Operations Manager to lead and oversee industrial electrical projects from planning through execution. This role is responsible for managing crews, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and delivering projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of industrial electrical projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise electricians, foreman's and subcontractors.
  • Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules to meet project milestones.
  • Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulation and company standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, inspectors and other trades.
  • Review drawings, specification and scopes of work.
  • Track project costs, productivity and change orders.
  • Conduct site meetings, safety meetings and progress reporting.
  • support estimating, planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support ongoing site activities as required.
  • Various other duties.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Journeyman Electrician (RED SEAL).
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical construction or maintenance.
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial power distribution, controls and instrumentation.
  • Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
  • Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

Preferred Assets

  • Experience on large industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • Project management or leadership training.
  • Familiarity with scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
  • Experience working with clients, inspectors and engineers.
