DRIVER JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be driving our cars as an employee.

The work is prescheduled. You know when you have to come to our garage, get a car and know where to go as all our jobs are dispatched to you through a driver app.

The rate of pay is hourly plus a gratuity for each call. Gratuities are charged on every service call. The total amount varies depending on the vehicle and added fees.

* We pay for the driving of each job. (One hour minimum for each job even if you drive only 20 minutes)

* Long distance trips you are paid to drive there and to return. All driving hours are covered.

* The rate is approximately $24/hour and up. It depends on the vehicle and the job. The rate varies because you are paid a gratuity for each job so the rate of pay is a minimum of $24 but can go as high as $33 depending on vehicle and rate of service. Additional cash gratuity is often offered by our clientele for good service at their discretion and these cash gratuities are your bonuses to keep.

Responsibilities and requirements are:

1. Class 4 license

2. providing a professional driving experience to the customer

3. Be clean and neat in appearance

4. Ensure you arrive with a clean car - keep the car clean

5. drive passengers to pre booked destinations in company luxury vehicles

6. Driving in high volume traffic on highways;

7. Ability to use dispatch application on a smartphone with our dispatch app

8. Assist the passengers with luggage and in boarding vehicles;

9. engaging with clients in a courteous and helpful manner;

10. ensuring you calculate the drive time to arrive on time for each customer

11. Monitor and track the customers flight if they are arriving at the airport so you arrive at the proper flight arrival time

12. drive the customer professionally to the destination with good polite service

13. Refuel the car

14. wipe down any dirt or scuff marks inside the car from the last client.

15. return the vehicle to garage; or if you have another call shortly after you can take the car home.

The right candidate will have:

* Can speak English fluently and knows how to deal with customers and deliver excellent customer service.

* Excellent smooth driving skills

* Their own transportation to and from our garage located in Bedford.

* Excellent personal hygiene and presentation - our dress code is formal. Your are required to wear a shirt and tie. “Look good, smell good”

* a flexible availability to work all hours days or nights -

* Good time management skills - calculating time to drive to get vehicle and reach the client on time every time.

* Will take the responsibility of being a chauffeur seriously, and drive our vehicles with care and respect.
