What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair residential garage doors and openers
  • Provide customers with clear, honest recommendations and pricing options
  • Perform high-quality installations and service work
  • Convert service calls into sales through education and professionalism (not pressure)
  • Professionally estimate garage door replacements, managing customer expectations to successful close
  • Represent the brand with strong communication and attention to detail-leaving each home better than how we found it!
  • Work efficiently, safely and in compliance with all local health and safety legislation and company procedures.What We’re Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of garage door install, service and sales experience
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable presenting pricing, closing jobs and door estimate sales in-home
  • Proficiency with hand/power tools used in service and installation
  • Ability to lift heavy materials safely, sustain all weather elements
  • Experience with field service management technology
  • Clean driving record, continuous insurance proof and valid Ontario G license
  • Professional, customer-first mindset with strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets
