Ready to grow with a fast‑moving logistics brokerage team?
We are seeking BDR / National Account Executives to join our sales team in growing key customer relationships across Canada and the United States. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding strategic accounts and identifying revenue opportunities while working closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

You’ll learn the fundamentals of freight brokerage sales while developing the skills needed to manage national customer relationships across North America.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Development & New Business Support

  • Learn how to prospect, qualify, and engage potential customers
  • Support outbound outreach through calls, emails, and follow‑ups
  • Assist with discovery conversations to understand customer shipping needs
  • Build confidence presenting Falco’s services and solutions

2. Account Support & Relationship Building

  • Support senior account managers with national and strategic accounts
  • Help maintain consistent communication with customers
  • Learn how to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Gradually take ownership of smaller accounts as you progress

3. Learning the Freight & Brokerage Business

  • Gain hands‑on exposure to freight types (FTL, LTL, reefer, flatbed, intermodal)
  • Learn how pricing, lanes, capacity, and market conditions impact decisions
  • Understand how operations, carriers, and sales work together to execute freight

4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations and carrier relations teams
  • Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated internally
  • Support onboarding of new customers

5. CRM, Reporting & Sales Discipline

  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) for leads and accounts
  • Track activity, pipeline progress, and learning milestones
  • Participate in coaching sessions , feedback reviews, and performance check-ins

Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, account management, and or
  • Strong Interest in logistics, transportation, or B2B sales (experience is a plus, not required)
  • Customer-focused, resilient, growth-minded, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent English Proficiency with solid stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Familiar with CRM platforms (i.e. HubSpot/ ZoomInfo), Microsoft tools (i.e. Excel), and sales productivity tools.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in‑office)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary $45,000 - $55,000 + Commission (Uncapped)
