Full job description

Job Title: Operations Lead

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the department
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for business growth
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all employees

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure

- Past Starbucks experience is required
