Ottawa Hair Loss Clinic & Wellness

We are seeking a warm, professional, and detail‑oriented team member who enjoys working with hair, provides exceptional client care, and can confidently support both the front desk and treatment room. This role requires someone who is organized, reliable, and able to work independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities Treatment Room Support

• Assist the trichologist during cosmetic scalp services
• Perform relaxing scalp massages, head massages, hand massages, and finishing touches
• Wash and prepare clients’ hair before treatments
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness, organization, and readiness
• Restock towels, robes, products, and supplies
• Ensure equipment and stations remain sanitized and professional at all times

Front Desk & Administrative Duties

• Greet clients warmly and professionally
• Book appointments and manage the clinic schedule
• Create and update client files
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
• Support inventory management and product organization
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey

General Expectations

• Computer literate and comfortable with booking systems
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
• Highly customer‑service oriented
• Well‑groomed, polished, and professional appearance
• Cooperative, friendly, and team‑oriented
• Able to work independently and confidently when required

• Positive attitude and calm presence in a luxury wellness environment
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule

Tuesday to Saturday

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
