We are currently seeking a passionate, service-driven Medical Esthetician with sugaring experience to join our Ottawa team.

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate is an experienced esthetician who is passionate about skincare, hair removal, guest care, and retail sales. You are confident performing sugaring services, enjoy educating guests on treatment plans and home care, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where building long-term client relationships is a priority.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional sugaring services for all body areas in accordance with SUGARMOON® standards
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans
• Perform advanced skincare services including facials, chemical peels, LED treatments, and other medical esthetic services
• Support laser hair removal consultations and treatments (training provided where applicable)
• Educate guests on skincare routines, treatment maintenance, and home care products
• Build strong guest relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up care
• Achieve retail and service sales goals through personalized product recommendations
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Support front desk operations, appointment booking, and guest inquiries when required
• Participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and training opportunities

Qualifications:

• Medical Esthetician diploma or recognized esthetics certification
• Previous sugaring experience required
• Experience with advanced skincare treatments and facial services
• Laser hair removal experience is considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients
• Exceptional communication and consultation skills
• Demonstrated success in retail sales and client retention
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
