We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for promoting oral health.

Responsibilities

  • Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures.
  • Conduct thorough oral examinations and assess patients' oral health.
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
  • Assist in the management of patient records using Dentrix software.
  • Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area and equipment.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and techniques.

Qualifications

  • Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
  • Experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of dental assisting practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with orthodontics and pediatric dentistry is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
