NO EVENINGS
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for promoting oral health.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures.
- Conduct thorough oral examinations and assess patients' oral health.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
- Assist in the management of patient records using Dentrix software.
- Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans for patients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area and equipment.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and techniques.
Qualifications
- Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
- Experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of dental assisting practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with orthodontics and pediatric dentistry is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
