Visavie, a company of Spectrum Health Care, is seeking a Senior Living Advisor to serve the Oshawa region.

We are looking for an advisor recognized for strong interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting relationships and maintaining a solid network within the community.


Job Description

  • Support seniors and their families in exploring private senior residences and home care options.
  • Provide personalized support based on attentive listening, understanding of needs, and trust.
  • Facilitate transitions to a new living environment with professionalism and empathy.
  • Develop lasting relationships with partners (healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local stakeholders).
  • Ensure diligent follow-up and maintain organized case and file management.

Qualifications
  • Ability to support and guide vulnerable individuals in collaboration with their families or support network
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service, consultative sales, or business development
  • Self-reliance, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and a vehicle
  • Experience in the healthcare field or working with a senior population is considered an asset
