We are a family-oriented natural health store in Niagara Falls seeking a dependable, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable individual to join our team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working with natural health products and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Must be available to work Saturdays

Responsibilities

Demonstrate and explain products to customers, providing detailed information on benefits and usage.

· Engage customers in meaningful conversation to help them understand their health care needs.

· Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm welcoming environment.

· Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries.

· Restock products and ensure store shelves are organized.

· Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and inviting store.

Skills

Strong knowledge and experience with vitamins, herbs, organic foods, supplements, and other natural health products.

· Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

· Experience in customer service and product demonstration.

· Friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable personality.

· Ability to work well in a team and with a diverse customer base.

· Dependable, punctual, and responsible.

· Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and inviting store.

Familiarity with dietary guidelines, supplement regulations, and safety considerations
