Summary

The incumbent will support operations in our Etobicoke location. They will report directly to Senior Management. The general hours of work will be 4am to 12:30pm, Monday to Friday and Sundays from 7am to 12pm.

Location: 165 The Queensway, Etobicoke

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

  • Verify all incoming and outgoing deliveries from the store by checking receipts/invoices, ensuring accuracy of shipments, labelling, packing, and staging.
  • Assist customers in a fast, professional, and accurate manner, providing resolutions for inquiries, complaints, and issues.
  • Manage the distribution of orders amongst order selectors, following up on delayed orders, while providing assistance to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
  • Ensure inventory levels are accurate, reporting any discrepancies, and ensuring accurate stock control.
  • Provide assistance on temperature checks.
  • Maintain proper and accurate record-keeping of orders, returns, credits, product adjustments, and invoices.
  • Enforcing of safety protocols for all staff and customers on the floor.
  • Other duties relevant to the position will be assigned as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous 1-2 years of customer service experience with strong communication skills.
  • Highly Dependable
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment with last-minute changes in orders and schedules.
  • Proven experience in maintaining accurate inventory, reporting shortages and overages.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Leadership qualities to coordinate activities as required.
