Studio Manager / Growth Leader Opportunity

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading, motivating, and developing a team to achieve studio goals
• Driving membership growth, retention, and overall studio performance
• Coaching and mentoring staff to improve sales, service, and operational excellence
• Holding team members accountable to performance expectations and KPIs
• Executing marketing, social media, community outreach, and lead generation initiatives
• Building relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness
• Creating a positive, high-performance culture that team members want to be part of
• Ensuring members receive an exceptional experience from their first visit onward
• Monitoring studio performance metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in managing both people and performance
