Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing HR operations, supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS systems. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise in HR management and project coordination will contribute significantly to organizational success. The HR Administrator will ensure efficient HR processes, maintain accurate data, and support various HR initiatives across the company.

Duties

  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems such as , Dayforce, Ceridian, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts through sourcing candidates via ATS platforms like iCIMS and Lever; assist with recruiting activities including interviewing and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee employee data collection, entry, and management to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives by coordinating communication and training related to HR system updates or organizational changes.
  • Assist with payroll processing using systems such as ADP or UltiPro; ensure timely data entry and accuracy for payroll runs.
  • Support employee relations activities by addressing inquiries, assisting with conflict resolution, and maintaining positive communication channels.
  • Coordinate training & development programs to promote employee growth and engagement.
  • Contribute to project management efforts related to HR initiatives; track progress and report on key metrics.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics using data collection tools; analyze trends to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide administrative support for human resources functions including documentation, record keeping, and compliance reporting.

Experience

  • Proven experience working with Human Resources Management Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or PeopleSoft.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like iCIMS or Lever is preferred.
  • Experience in payroll administration using Ceridian is highly desirable.
  • Background in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, or HR sourcing is advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction across departments and with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated administrative experience including data entry, record keeping, and report generation.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and experience supporting organizational transitions preferred. This role requires a professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. The HR Administrator will be instrumental in ensuring smooth HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture through effective communication and process management.

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
