Receptionist / Pre-Tester – Full Time

Okotoks AND/OR Calgary location

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable full-time Receptionist / Pre-Tester to join our busy optometry office in Okotoks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and checking in patients
  • Booking appointments and answering phones
  • Managing patient records and insurance billing
  • Performing pre-testing and preliminary eye exam measurements
  • Assisting doctors and maintaining smooth clinic flow

The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and works well in a fast-paced environment. Previous optometry or medical office experience is an asset, but training can be provided.

Full-time hours including some evenings and weekends may be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$23.96 per hour

Work Location: In person
