Requirements:

• Class 5 driver's license
• Access to a reliable vehicle with adequate insurance
• Successful passing of a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search within the last 12 months
• Completion of current CPR and First Aid Certificate
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries would be an asset

Responsibilities

As a Health Care Aide at Optimum Home Care you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of care to our clients. In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Dementia Care
• Respite Care
• Personal Care Assistance
• Mobility Assistance/Transfers
• Medication Reminders
