Join Our Team – Lab Technician

We're looking for a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our optical team! In this role, you'll play an essential part in ensuring our patients receive high-quality eyewear by preparing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining glasses with precision and care.

Working closely with our optometrists, opticians, and clinic staff, you'll help deliver an exceptional patient experience by supporting the day-to-day operations of our optical lab.

What You'll Do

  • Inspect, assemble, and prepare eyewear to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Perform frame adjustments, minor repairs, and maintenance on eyeglasses.
  • Verify prescriptions, lens specifications, and frame alignment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with eyewear before dispensing.
  • Maintain lab equipment and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
  • Manage inventory of lenses, frames, and lab supplies.
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure timely completion of patient orders.
  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service when assisting patients with repairs or adjustments.
  • Follow all clinic policies and health and safety procedures.
