Full job description

We’re looking for full-time production team members to join our manufacturing teams. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for assembling either vinyl window systems or steel or fiberglass door systems according to Centennial standards, to complete high-quality products for our customers

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and to support production requirements as needed.
  • Strong measuring skills (Imperial System of Measurement).
  • Flexible with the ability to work with limited supervision on a daily basis.
  • Strong focus on quality with the ability to meet daily production goals.
  • Strong attention to detail with a positive attitude.
  • Good attendance and works well with fellow Production Team Members.
  • The ability to operate the following equipment efficiently and safely is an asset: router, chop saw, table saw, drills, air nailers, hand tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience with tools and machinery.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand eye coordination.
  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing facility.
  • Strong attention to detail with a positive attitude.
