At Fit Foods, we're on a mission to help people feel great through better nutrition. We're looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to help keep our inventory accurate and our warehouse operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain accurate inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits using SAP, Produmex, and RF scanners.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, and picking errors.
  • Receive, put away, replenish, and transfer inventory as required.
  • Maintain SAP master data and warehouse location information.
  • Audit picking and put-away accuracy and support FIFO practices.
  • Support customer returns, QA activities, and inventory-related investigations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment and support warehouse activities during peak periods.
  • Train team members on cycle-count procedures and support small operational projects.
  • Travel between our Lower Mainland warehouse locations as required.

Warehouse Support & Cross-Training:

  • Operate warehouse equipment including stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet riders.
  • Cross-train across fulfillment-centre functions and support operational priorities during peak periods.
  • Train warehouse team members on regular and annual cycle-count procedures.
  • Lead small teams on operational projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with order picking, put-away, replenishment, and other warehouse activities when required.
  • Maintain files, documentation, and other day-to-day administrative records.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of warehouse/inventory experience.
  • Experience with RF scanners and inventory control systems.
  • SAP, Produmex, or similar ERP/WMS experience is preferred.
  • Forklift/reach truck/order picker experience or certification is an asset.
  • Strong Excel, numerical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Warehouse, Inventory, or Logistics certification/education is preferred.
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and highly detail-oriented.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to work across our Lower Mainland warehouse locations.
