About Us

We are a growing multi-disciplinary healthcare organization providing physiotherapy, massage therapy, kinesiology, acupuncture, reflexology, orthotics, and wellness services across multiple clinic locations.

Our mission is to deliver exceptional patient care while creating a positive and supportive environment for both our patients and team members. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee clinic operations, support our teams, and help drive operational excellence across our locations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys building systems, developing teams, improving processes, and contributing to the growth of a healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple clinic locations
  • Lead, support, and mentor administrative team members
  • Ensure a consistently exceptional patient experience
  • Oversee scheduling, billing, and administrative workflows
  • Ensure compliance with ICBC, WSBC, extended health, and clinic policies
  • Monitor clinic KPIs, operational performance, and service standards
  • Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and clinic coverage
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Maintain inventory, clinic supplies, and facility standards
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership on growth initiatives and operational planning
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented workplace culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous management or leadership experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, wellness, fitness, or a service-based environment
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with JaneApp (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on patient experience and operational excellence
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
