Stallion is hiring Warehouse Associates for our evening shift. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, scanning, and processing shipments as they move through our facility. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment that requires efficiency, attention to detail, and strong teamwork.

• Schedule: Monday- Friday, 5PM - Close and Sunday, 3PM-Close

Pay: $20/hour, increasing to $21/hour upon successful completion of the probationary period.

• Employment Type: Full-time permanent
• Hiring Type: This is an existing vacancy within the team.
• Shift: 5 PM to Close. Shift end time can vary depending on on the daily volume. Flexibility in schedule is preferred. You must have a dependable means of transportation to make the commute during late hours.

Responsibilities:

• Sort, scan, and process shipments accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload packages manually and via conveyor systems
• Support the movement of packages across the warehouse floor
• Assist with loading company vehicles as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Must wear CSA-approved safety footwear (green triangle).
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must have reliable transportation to our Mississauga headquarters (Courtneypark & Tomken), including for late-night shifts.
