Ice River Sustainable Solutions is hosting an Indeed Virtual Hiring Event for full-time manufacturing opportunities at our Feversham and Shelburne, Ontario facilities.

Feversham, ON – Plastics Operations
Production Operator
Starting Rate: $23.43/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Plastics Forklift Operator
Starting Rate: $24.46/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Plastics Machine Operator – Sheetline
Starting Rate: $23.00–$25.00/hr based on experience, with wage increase after 3 months
Plastics Production Team Lead
Starting Rate: $25.49/hr with wage increase after 3 months

Shelburne, ON – Water & Recycling Operations
Production Operator – Shelburne Water
Starting Rate: $21.22/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Production Operator – Forklift Certified – BMPR
Starting Rate: $25.24/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Production Team Lead – BMPR
Starting Rate: $26.27/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Shift: 12-hour continental shifts, nights only

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for candidates who are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Depending on the role, we are interested in candidates with experience in:

• Production or manufacturing
• Forklift or material handling
• Plastics extrusion or machine operation
• Food, beverage, plastics, recycling, or packaging environments
• Team lead, lead hand, or production leadership roles

General Requirements

• Strong attendance and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights depending on the role
