Position Overview:
The Dispatcher plays a key role in coordinating our fleet operations — including roll-off, tow, clam, and transport trucks. This position ensures routes are optimized, schedules run smoothly, and safety and compliance remain top priorities.

The wage for this position is $60,000- $80,000 based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and dispatch drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Plan and optimize routes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain clear communication with drivers and provide real-time support.
  • Monitor vehicle locations and performance using dispatch systems.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with logistics and yard teams to coordinate daily operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by managing inquiries and updates promptly.


Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a dispatch or fleet coordination role preferred.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations across Ontario and Quebec.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and dispatch/tracking software (e.g., Fleet Complete, ScrapIT, CRM).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
