Job Title:

Production Associate – Dairy Packaging Line (No Weekends!)

Sheldon Creek Dairy in Loretto, ON
Full-time, Permanent

Sheldon Creek Dairy is a third-generation, family-owned dairy farm in Loretto, Ontario. We're growing our team and looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Associate to join our packaging line. Whether you have worked in a restaurant, have a baking background, worked in a packaging line or in manufacturing this might be the right for you!

No weekends. No rotating shifts. Consistent daytime scheduling you can count on.

What You'll Do:

  • Work as part of a team to set up, run, and take down our packaging line
  • Package dairy products following food safety standards
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and the production area
  • Perform routine quality checks
  • Keep basic production records
  • Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements

What You Bring:

  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Comfort working with equipment; mechanically inclined a plus
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Dairy/food processing/manufacturing experience an asset (not required — we'll train the right person!)
