Medical Esthetician — New Medical Spa

Location: Windsor, Ontario

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + commission structure

Start Date: To be determined

About Us:

We are a new medical spa in Windsor, Ontario, focused on providing elevated, results-driven aesthetic and skin health services in a sophisticated, welcoming environment. Our clinic will combine advanced aesthetic technology, medical-grade skincare, personalized treatment plans, and exceptional client care. We are looking for a passionate Medical Esthetician who shares our commitment to professionalism, client education, safety, and outstanding results.

The Opportunity:

As a Medical Esthetician, you will play an important role in delivering personalized skin and aesthetic treatments while creating a premium client experience from consultation through follow-up. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, personable, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about skincare and advanced aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments

- Develop personalized treatment recommendations based on individual skin concerns and goals

- Perform advanced medical aesthetic and facial treatments within your scope of practice and training

- Provide customized medical-grade skincare treatments

- Educate clients on professional skincare products and appropriate home-care routines

- Operate and maintain advanced aesthetic equipment following manufacturer protocols and clinic policies

- Maintain accurate client treatment records and documentation

- Take appropriate before-and-after photographs and track treatment progress

- Follow all infection-control, health and safety, and sanitation protocols

- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after treatments

- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients

- Recommend appropriate treatment plans, packages, memberships, and skincare products

- Participate in ongoing education and training on new technologies, products, and treatment protocols

- Maintain a clean, organized, professional treatment environment

- Work collaboratively with management and medical professionals when required

Qualifications:

-Diploma or certification in Medical Esthetics, Advanced Esthetics, or a related field

- Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or advanced aesthetics environment

- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, common skin concerns, and professional skincare

- Experience with advanced aesthetic technologies is an asset

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Professional and client-focused presentation

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team

- Comfortable discussing treatment plans, skincare, and retail products with clients

- Must be reliable, professional, and committed to providing a luxury client experience

Advanced Technology Experience:

- Experience with any of the following would be considered an asset:

- HydraFacial

- Laser and light-based treatments

- IPL

- RF and skin-tightening technologies

- Microneedling

- Chemical peels

- Medical-grade facials

- Skin analysis technology

- Body contouring and skin treatments

Training will be provided for clinic-specific technologies and protocols.
